01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and ong66 ("Platform", "we"). This document governs your use of the ong66 website and all services provided through it.

Continued access to or use of the ong66 platform after any changes to these Terms are published will be considered full acceptance of the updated terms. It is the user's responsibility to review this document from time to time.

These Terms should be read together with the ong66 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which form the overall legal framework of this platform.

02 User Eligibility

To register and use ong66 services, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Act in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
• Not be on any self-exclusion list or any gambling prohibition programme.
• Be located in a jurisdiction that permits participation in online gambling activities.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

ong66 reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time to verify user eligibility. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified period may result in temporary suspension or closure of the account.

03 Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on ong66 at any time. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers or IP addresses — are prohibited and may result in the freezing of all related accounts and the forfeiture of all accumulated balances and bonuses.

During registration, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete and current information.
• Update your personal information should any changes occur.
• Keep your account password confidential and not share your login details with any party.
• Notify ong66 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

ong66 is not responsible for any losses arising from a user's failure to maintain the security of their own account.

04 Deposits

Deposits can be made via payment methods supported by ong66, namely Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX Online Banking, Boost, ShopeePay and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

• The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM30 for all payment methods.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the user's own name.
• ong66 does not accept deposits from third parties or via any method not listed.
• Deposits are usually processed instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the bank or e-wallet service provider.

Any failed or unrecognised deposit must be reported to our support team with the relevant proof of transaction.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is RM100.
• Withdrawals are processed within 5 to 30 minutes after the request is approved.
• Identity verification may be required before the first withdrawal or for withdrawals exceeding certain limits.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to an account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name.
• Any related bonus wagering requirements must be fully met before a withdrawal can be made.

ong66 reserves the right to place a withdrawal request on hold for security review purposes. Users will be notified if additional information is required during this process.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

ong66 offers various types of promotions to registered users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms set for each promotion. The following general guidelines apply:

• Welcome Bonus: 150% bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM300. Wagering requirement: 10 times the bonus value before a withdrawal is permitted. For example, a deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM150 — your balance is RM250 and the wagering requirement is RM150 × 10 = RM1,500.
• Bonuses cannot be combined with other promotions unless specifically stated.
• Bonuses may only be used on games listed in the relevant promotion's terms.
• ong66 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if its usage conditions are not met or if any misuse is found.
• The VIP programme offers weekly cashback of up to 1.5% for Diamond-tier members. VIP tiers include Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond.

07 Game Rules

The ong66 platform offers a range of game categories including slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo, sports betting, and more. Each game has its own rules that should be understood before playing.

• Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless a verifiable technical error has occurred.
• Should a technical disruption occur during an active game, ong66 will resolve the situation in accordance with its established policy.
• The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is set by the respective game developer and can be checked in that game's information section.
• Games played using only a bonus balance may be subject to a maximum bet limit.

ong66 is not responsible for any game outcome resulting from an internet connection disruption on the user's end.

08 Prohibitions & Restrictions

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ong66 platform and may result in immediate account freezing, forfeiture of all balances and legal action:

• Fraud, identity falsification or impersonation of another individual.
• Use of automated software, bots or any unauthorised tool to influence game outcomes.
• Collusion or cooperation between players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity.
• Placing bets solely to meet bonus wagering requirements without genuine intent to play.
• Exploiting any bug or technical error in the ong66 system.

ong66 uses advanced monitoring systems to identify fraudulent activity. All accounts suspected of involvement in unlawful activity will be investigated and appropriate action will be taken.

09 Account Closure

Users may close their account at any time by contacting the ong66 support team via live chat or email. Before closure, ensure all funds in the account have been withdrawn.

ong66 reserves the right to close or suspend a user's account without prior notice if:

• The user breaches any provision of these terms.
• The registration information provided is found to be false or misleading.
• There are signs that the account is being used for unlawful purposes or fraud.
• Required to do so by the relevant authorities under applicable legal provisions.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of terms, ong66 reserves the right to retain all balances linked to fraudulent activity.

10 Personal Data Protection

11 Liability Limits

12 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the international licensing jurisdiction under which ong66 operates. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
